Three steps · under ten minutes

From sign-up to your first monitored endpoint

No server to build, no console to install, no VPN to open. HubPlace runs in your browser and the agent does the rest.

1

Create your workspace

Enter your organisation's name and your work email address. You receive an activation link by email; you choose your password and your workspace is ready.

  • No credit card, no trial period to keep an eye on
  • Your organisation is isolated from every other from the moment it is created
  • You are the administrator: you then invite whoever you want

2

Install the agent with one line

Create your first site, generate an enrolment token and copy the command displayed. Paste it on the endpoint, as an administrator. The agent installs itself, enrols and updates itself from then on.

  • Windows: PowerShell and a SYSTEM scheduled task
  • Linux: systemd service and timer
  • macOS: launchd daemon
  • Mass deployment possible via GPO or script
Windows PowerShell — administrator

Windows (PowerShell), Linux (systemd) and macOS (launchd): same command, same protocol, automatic agent updates.

3

Monitor, without doing a thing

Seconds after enrolment, the endpoint appears in your estate with its inventory. By the following night, it receives its first health score.

  • Status reported every 5 minutes
  • Full inventory refreshed every hour
  • Health analysis every night
  • Alerts sent the moment a threshold is crossed

The agent

What the agent reports — and what it doesn't

Complete transparency: the agent is a readable script, it collects technical data only and opens no inbound access on your endpoints.

Technical inventory

Hardware, system, drives, network, patches. No documents, no personal files, no keystrokes.

Security posture

Antivirus, firewall, encryption, system activation: the status, never the content.

Usage indicators

Processor load, memory, disk space, uptime, last user signed in.

Outbound only

The agent calls HubPlace over HTTPS. No open port, no inbound firewall rule to create.

Frequently asked questions

How many endpoints can I enrol?

As many as you like. There is no quota, no tier and no per-agent billing.

Does the agent slow endpoints down?

No. It runs for a few seconds every five minutes and stays idle the rest of the time. The longer full inventory runs only once an hour.

What happens if an endpoint is switched off or off the network?

It shows as “offline” after fifteen minutes without a check-in, and returns to normal as soon as it reconnects. No data is lost.

Can I uninstall the agent?

Yes, at any time, using the uninstall command provided. The endpoint then disappears from monitoring.

Do I need to open ports on my firewall?

No. The agent only makes outbound HTTPS connections to HubPlace, exactly like a web browser.

Can I monitor servers?

Yes. The Linux agent runs on Debian and Ubuntu servers, and the Windows agent on server editions.

Ready to watch your first endpoint appear?

Signing up takes two minutes. Enrolling the first endpoint, one minute more.
