Questions about the price
What counts as a machine?
Anything you install the program on: desktops, laptops and servers, at the same price. Printers, network drives and cameras that the box finds on its own don't count and are never billed.
Are the 3 free ones a trial?
No, they're permanent. If you stay at 3 machines you will never pay anything. And beyond that, those 3 stay deducted: at 20 machines you pay for 17.
What if I add a machine mid-month?
It is counted pro rata for the remaining days. If you remove one, the reduction works the same way.
What if I go from 25 to 26 machines?
Your bill goes down: all your machines move to €2.50. 25 machines cost €66, 26 cost €57.50. Growing never costs you more overnight.
Is there a minimum commitment?
No. You pay monthly, you stop when you like, and you take your data out in Excel format before you go. Yearly payment exists if you prefer: 2 months free.
What isn't included?
Only human time: importing your lists, installing on everything at once, training, taking the day-to-day off your hands, custom work. The software itself is complete from the first machine.
What if the service goes down?
The free offer comes with no availability guarantee. Beyond 3 machines you are a customer: you have reachable support and someone who answers.
